Norberto Farciert

With 13 years of experience in the culinary world, he began his career at Pereddi's in Italian cuisine.  Working his way up through the ranks, he landed at Rosa Mexicano working under the tutelage of Chef Roberto Santibañez.  There he refined his knowledge of Mexican food and flavors and earned the position of sous chef.  He now specializes in American cuisine at Harlem Tavern.
